Positives:
The property advertise handicap, friendly facilities, and I assume all the rooms are handicap equipped. They never said call us allow you room with handicap access consist of false advertising

Upon my arrival, I was sent upstairs when I came back and I ask the receptionist to change me to a room downstairs because I cannot climb the stairs being handicapped. She said she doesn’t have anything available so I have to leave and pay double to sam facility

The bathroom was huge and the shower was great, water pressure was wonderful.

The room was extremely small.
Good thing the bathroom was huge, we put our luggage in there.
It was quiet once the person playing that really loud music stopped.

Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Location was AMAZING! A ton of places to eat as well as shop. Only 20 minutes from the beach. Pool was clean and open. Was able to check in early.
Negatives:
The room could have been cleaned a little better. The chair had left over crumbs from another guest. Asked for more towels and toilet paper. Took 2 hours and needed to remind them. Then we received lot's of towels but no toilet paper. The ice machine ran out of ice. So I needed to stop to buy ice as well as more toilet paper for the room. Floor was not mopped, we needed to wear sandals or our feet were black!
