Absolutely nothing
Negatives:
The rooms were super old and extremely dirty. There was black mold in the bathroom ceilings. Cobwebs in every corner and on top of the bed frame. The ac was barely blowing out any cold air. Constantly people wondering outside of our rooms and sitting outside with bikes smoking cigarettes. Our blinds were extremely thin when the sun went down and we turned the light on from inside you can completely see into our room.

The Sunset Inn was a...

. 63 bucks was nice then I saw why and then after paying deposit couldn't afford a different hotel while waiting on deposit to be refunded so had to stay. This is not a like. Its more bitching about how dirty it was and how lazy the front desk people are. One guy at night was good. The rest suck.
Negatives:
Room was dirty sheets were dirty, microwave nasty, 50 deposit not listed on website. Stayed 3 nights and room rate went from 63 to 110 . Price was to high for quality of room. No bugs at least but still nasty.

Unfortunately it was my worst hotel Experience. Transients on the hotel grounds and moving in and out of the hotel parking lot. ALL THE ROOMS SMELL LIKE SMOKE!!!! Transients using drugs in the hallways of the hotel rooms.

When I comforted hotel staff about the illegal activities on the hotel grounds and that we were concerned about our safety they acted unconcerned. We left after 10 minutes and when I asked for my rental fee back hotel staff refused!!!!

Cable is good but my tv broke and they refused to fix it at all so I was out my tv most of my day and evening! Not cool. Not very kind staff.
