Cleaning staff was pushy about what time I was departing. It was well before checkout time so was a bit taken aback when she continued to press me for my exact departure time. Not cool.

shower drain was clogged, reported to front desk, clog was not fixed. Body wash dispenser was empty. Hotel was not full, yet we were given a room that was the furthest away from the elevator. Carpeting in the hallway was fraying ... so not a 4 star.

Obvious water damage on ceiling in several locations. Bed had stains and when I told the front desk they did offer to move me but not to a similar room. The decorations were outdated and tacky. I wont be back.

No amenities in the room or the hotel .. room lacked a microwave oven , coffee creamer, sugar was not refilled correctly .. either no sugar or no creamer .. bathroom looked old .. no breakfast in the plan . Not family friendly place
