The property is well located and the room was clean. It would be nice to have a table to work or eat at, there certainly is room for one. The room is very exposed, so along with the black out curtains, it would be nice to have sheer curtains to allow natural light in the room until black out curtains are drawn. Parking is tight.

Great location. Good breakfast but ends too early at 9 am, not convenient for people on vacation.

The door to the stairs is way too noisy. Every time people who used the stairs woke me up.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel was a 20 minute walk away from the UC Davis campus. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. Everyone who worked at the hotel were helpful and kind. We would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was pretty standard.
Negatives:
The hotel was great, especially for the price. The only thing that would put it up one more notch was if they had a few more options for breakfast. But, I understand that cost is a big factor.

Though the facility is a bit dated, the room is well kept and clean. Beds are excellent. Breakfast is good with hot items such as bacon and sausage. Coffee is good.

Dirty carpets,noisy next to frwy, breakfast had raw bacon and sausage nothing more the bed was full of coils poking and making noise. The king deluxe room was very small and smelled of mildew. Remote for tv had no batteries and volume locked so low you couldn’t hear a movie. NEVER STAY AT THE HELL HOLE. I WANT A REFUND!
