Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

As soon as you walked in the hotel, you knew it is going to be bad!
The hotel is quite dirty ( at least from my standard), from the lobby & hallways , it smelled like chemicals (pesticide) and the room itself.
As soon as you open the door to the room, the smell or odors of food smelled was awful ( cooking & oily smell), dark & dinghy & no air succulent in the room & the AC unit falling apart ( the vents doesn’t shut properly), you can see the filler was super dirty ( mean you breathe the dirty air into your lug), dirty carpet & no shampoo & no conditioner & no lotion & just 2 little bars of soap. For $$$ spent, it doesn’t worth it.
I book at the last minute and have no choice but pick this hotel without knowing what I got into??? I believe this hotel at one point it might had been a subsidized housing or something, I don’t know but I NEVER to stay here again even given a FREE night! However. I felt safe with the location.
And that is the only one good thing about this hotel!!!!

I arrived at midnight and was told the hotel is at the audit period and I have to wait for 30 minutes. Eventually I waited at the lobby for 90 minutes and the staff told me I have to cancel the order through booking and pay/book as walk-in. The thing finally has been settled, but i waited at the lobby for almost 2hours during midnight.

The lady Lay who checked us in was rude and they didn't have a restroom anywhere for guests as we just came in from the road.
She seemed uncaring about the fact that I was about to piss my pants and my wife was silent about she had to go also.
The room has no working phone to call front desk
And no breakfast just snack food.
Horrendous stay. Will probably not return.

I chose the hotel because of the location. I had a ticket to the livestream of The Dead and Company on August 3, and the hotel was very conveniently located.
Negatives:
It seems like an "extended stay" facility should provide basic items like plates, cups, etc. in the room. I was told that I could request such items be delivered to the room, but I had to go to the front desk to get them.

It was a great place to sleep, wake up, and immediately leave, but nothing more than that.
