Positives:
Everyone was friendly at the hotel. I liked the indoor pool. The price was not as high as Holiday Inns normally are.
Negatives:
This hotel is huge, and I would say it's getting a little old and shabby. A maintenance team could work forever fixing up carpet tears, wall spots, chipped paint, broken doors, etc. Everything could work, but there is a lot to be done to make this huge hotel look like new again.
I had to switch rooms when the heater wouldn't work, even after two repair people said it was fixed.

Negatives:
Despite having myriad controls (including heat intensity), the microwave could only be used in 30-second increments at full power. The it would lock after each 30-sec cycle. Took a while to figure out how to proceed.

There were people shouting in the lobby areas as well as the room room hallways at 12:30 am, as well as noise outside in the parking lot. Hotel staff wouldn’t help. In the morning 3 police cars were out front of the hotel lobby. TV also didn’t work.
