Check in was a disaster. I had arranged for my wife to check in before me. I received written confirmation she wouldn’t have a problem. I had arranged for her advanced check in before at this same hotel. The hotel’s communication broke down, the front office guy embarrassed my wife questioning her identity and made a huge deal with checking her. I talked to the hotel personnel including the front counter guy (who felt an apology to my wife was not needed) and no really gave a darn. All of them saying it wasn’t their fault. Not sure we’ll stay at this hotel again.

We asked to get moved from our room due to dog hair being on our beds and on the chairs. When we got to our second room they’re was ants on the lamps and the room was kind of small. We got a two queen size bedroom and they’re was barely enough room for 6 of us.

Breakfast was poor. Coffee was warm only. The toaster did not work. On huge family or group took up most of the seats and they were well past eating. So we stood eating our eggs. The group was rude. Who was going to tell them this wasn’t the “lounge”. A disappointing start to the day. Lastly the breakfast room is minuscule for a facility that large.

Joshua from the front desk was extremely helpful with a unique booking request this past weekend. He was patient, kind, and very willing to work with us to find the best option for our stay. He is the model of staff member that you want to have work for your company in customer service.

Breakfast. Veggie sausage both days. Where’s the real meat. Hotel should have provided both. Veggie sausage made breakfast very disappointing. However, the iHop next door was all too happy to serve us breakfast, cause that’s where we went. iHop staff expressed they hope you continue with Veggie sausage as we weren’t the only customers walking in with this complaint.

It was soooooooo quiet. We dodnt hear the people above us or next to us or walking past the room or any street noise. The decor was simple but elegant, lots of electrical outlets for electronics. Great price for the area and the facility itself. Oh!!! And the beds were very comfy!! Lots of towels!

Our room was comfortable and clean, and generally quiet despite the urban location. Breakfast was varied, hot, and good quality. The service staff were friendly and helpful in most areas. The bed and pillows were good quality and comfortable. The bathroom was bright and very functional.

We asked for a quiet room on a high floor and were given a room on the third (top) floor, but it faced the main street which was very noisy including at night. After a bad night, we asked to change to a room on the back side of the hotel, which the front desk was able to give us later in the day, and that room worked out very well for us. The common areas (especially the elevator) were rather worn.
