Positives: This reservation is great, I paid the amount and no more extra unlike the others out there where the quoted amount is not everything. The bar service is great and is special. Never had such fun and I drank myself to stuffor. LOL!

Positives: I didn’t like it at all shower broke on us. The air conditioning didn’t work. Their solution was to give us food cards and to give us a fan instead of helping us on the last day we were there they offered us a room at 7 o’clock at night when the kids were getting ready for bed ridiculous poor customer service And they continue to give me the runaround when I asked to talk to a manager
