The hotel was filthy! Floors didn't look like they'd seen a vacuum in a month. Mattresses had disgusting stains that you could see through the sheets. Entire building stinks like cigarettes and pot. We did not stay and got full refund.

I felt unsafe traveling alone as a female. It appeared that there is a program where they may house homeless or those with other issues. Just wish I had known that it wasn’t just a hotel, I stood out and not in a good way. One night as I looked out my window the police flashed a light inside. It was very dirty. There were bug, it was dusty, dirty, no kitchen items, only by request and when I requested they had none available. I stayed a week was supposed to stay 4 weeks but I left. I waited upfront 30 minutes (literally) before someone showed up to check me in.

The property was close to the event venue for the wedding we attended, so it’s very convenient.
Negatives:
The rooms were outdated and does not look clean, old carpets and with unpleasant smell along the hallways. Bed is just OK. We made the most of it since we only stayed for 1 night.

This is the worst stay I have had ever in my life. The stuff are very rude and have no idea how to serve customers. They even do not know how to operate the "hotel". The grab-and-go "Breakfast" is a big joke. They should remove this service from their listing on Booking.com. In addition, the room was dirty and full of ants on the counter of the kitchen. There was no shampoo, for a ridiculous reason, and the soap was very bad quality.
