Negatives: Room was not cleaned properly, when asked for cleaning supplies to clean myself I was told I had to get from the front desk which was located outside in another building. I asked if they could bring because it was dark outside and their was a homeless lady yelling outside and I was told no! Front staff was rude and not helpful. Room was not even stocked with enough towels and half a roll of toilet paper. Room smelled and was unpleasant. Luckily a Target was nearby and got Clorox wipes and necessities the next day that should have already been supplied. Slipped and fell in the shower, no mat. Housekeeping never came the days I was there. Breakfast was packaged granola bars and muffin?

Positives: I LIKED THE FRONT DESK PERSON THAT WAS HELPING ME (HIS NAME WAS JOSÉ) HE MADE ME FEEL WELCOMED AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY ANF IF I NEEDED HELP HE WOULD HAPPILY HELP ME.

Negatives: IT WAS CLEAN BUT IT THERE WAS LITTLE DETAILS THAT NEEDED TO BE CLEANED THAT DID LOOK DIRTY THAT WOULD HAVE MADE THE PLACE A LOT MORE CLEAN.

Positives: We were visiting family in Elk Grove This location was less than 2 miles from our destination

Negatives: 1)The bathtub was very slippery as if a previous guest had used a hair conditioner & the tub wasn't cleaned by housekeeping after they left, so I had to rinse it myself to avoid a fall 2)The toilet seat was loose, so it moved when you sat down 3)The bathroom sink has mold/mildew under the rim, which is very noticeable when sitting on the toilet
