I called to let them know I would be arriving late & to make sure room was avail. no bedding was in room for the pullout couch, had to call office to have them del. Room had paint on floors & sofa cushions. Elevator was broke so had to take stairs.

Pool and hot tub not working the duration of the trip Front desk clerk was nit friendly and seemed to always be in a bad mood. She was always on her phone and never said good morning welcome or any pleasantries. Room was not cleaned until asked

The staff were very friendly. Offered good customer service. Interested in your wellbeing. The food was warm and when coffee was cold they quickly replaced it.
Negatives:
Had 2 TV's in room. One didn't work, the other did not get regular channels. It was all politics. I am unstable on my feet. Shower over the bathtub was scary. THERE WERE NO HANDRAILS TO GRAB. Had to stay extra night. Cost twice the price.

They didnt wash the sheets!?!?! The only reason I am leaving feedback was because of this. Other things in the room that needed attention/didnt work included the AC unit, hair dryer, shower head was stuck on a weird setting, couldnt adjust.
