Positives: The breakfast was great in the morning they had eggs, potatoes, sausage, yogurt, cereal, waffles, and more. A lot more and than the typical banana and coffee from a hotel. Also had an indoor pool
Negatives: We got bed bugs!! We only stop here because it was 10pm and it was late and we were tired and didn’t want to continue to Tahoe to drive though snow when chains were required so figure we would sleep and leave on the morning. Immediately when we got in to bed both my husband and I felt bug bites and itching and it felt like it was burning our legs. It was all over our body. Because they allowed dogs at first we thought they could be fleas but after a while knew they were bed bugs. We asked for a trash bag and threw the clothes we were wearing in there an took a hot shower. When we got to Tahoe we could not allow anything in our home and had to wash everything in the garage on hot and left everything including our suitcase in the garage. We decide to trash them as we were scared to bring them inside. The staff did not compensate us telling us they would investigate even after we showed them all the red bites all over our legs and back and arms. They were also doing renovations so no one got sleep in the hotel.
