the room had a single bed and no tub. It was so tiny the chair was in the closet due to lack of walking space and you had to squeeze in bathroom in between door and toilet. No working phone in room. But location wasn't bad

This property has nothing to like; everything could be better except for the Location. I am curious to know how I booked the hotel (I did not see the reviews?) The staff doesn't speak English, there is no HOT WATER, the bed frames are made of metal, and if I accidentally hit the bottom, it will wake my partner with a metallic sound. There is road noise in the room, and I can't sleep at night, and breakfast with no fruits or eggs. When I call the hotel using the room phone for my hot water issue, there is no response (it keeps ringing). Having an excellent location, if they can update the hotel rooms, they will get higher ratings.

The only thing we could say we liked was that it was close to everything.
Negatives:
The floors were filthy. No room service. The shower was so tiny you couldn’t even turn around in it. The door barely closed in the bathroom. The screen on the window in the bathroom had huge holes in it so you couldn’t even open it. No curtains on the front window. You could hear everything in the adjoining rooms. Odd heating elements. No WiFi.

It looks nice from outside, easy to find. Convenient to other places

2 of the 3 rooms my group used were dirty, wet washcloth left in bathroom, , hair ties and fingernail clipping left on nightstand, TV didn't work. It looked like they juT empties the trash ans made the bed and didn't clean anything else. We even let them know we were arriving till almost midnight so there was extra time to have clean rooms and over all if we didn't have to stop for the night we wouldn't have stayed there.
