After turning on tub water, operating the divertor spout only caused a water wasting spray at the spout and little flow at the shower head. The divertor spout is defective and obviously not checked for proper operation by staff. The toilet was antiquated water wasting 3-gallon flush type that was also too short from the floor and uncomfortable to use.
