The breakfast was OK I travel with 10 people so that was better than cooking that we were able to eat there. The location was OK to it was it was nice I just wished I had to have some bacon.

I was able to sleep and I slept well The location of the hotel is off of the freeway so the freeway north is can be hurt when you are awake. It didn’t keep me awake but you could hear noise of the cars on the freeway.

Very dirty hotel, terrible carpeting and toilet, jacuzzi was closed all days, at breakfast the staff was rude and did not bring boiling water for a long time, gave only 2 towels for 4 people, elevator did not work!

My reservation was cancelled! I received a phone call half an hour before arriving at the hotel, the employee said that my reservation was canceled because there were too many guests. Neither the fact that I had booked this hotel for half a year, nor the fact that my parents were disabled in the car, tired of the road, for the sake of which the trip was planned, did not bother her. She just told she's sorry and I need to find another hotel. I was shocked. I've never had such an experience.

The worst place
Positives:
Breakfast was continental. The location was pretty nice next to the highway.
Negatives:
A lot of people made noises that could be heard through the room. Toilet paper was nonexistent. They left only two towels for three people. When asked for a third towel they told me that they had run out of them for the day. When I asked for housekeeping, they only left new towels. Beds were not made. The hotel is not bad but the service was not up to par.

Good location for food options. Easy access to the highway.
The pool was nice but unfortunately the hot tub was out of service.
We haven’t had breakfast yet but are excited to have it as on option.
All staff that we interacted with were kind and professional

We realized late in the evening that the tub wasn’t draining. With the lateness, and since it wasn’t an emergency, it wasn’t fixed until the morning. Since we only stayed one night this was a little of an inconvenience. But not the end of the world

Dirt, dust two elevators did not work one then broke the second. Jacuzzi doesn't work. There was a woman sleeping on the stairs at 7:00 am. The bathroom is rusty. The room is not cleaned. Ice maker is not working. Garbage was not cleaned.
