Room was dirty. The walls, floor, floorboards were all dirty. If you're just renting the room out just to get money from your customers you should probably let them know the condition of the room.

It has a nice courtyard with grass, which was a pleasant surprise, and the front desk staff were friendly. Vending and laundry take cards.

Unfortunately it was pretty dirty - the photos definitely used filters. My shower had a leak in the ceiling which was pretty gross - there was mold, peeling plaster and small chunks of ceiling on the shower floor. The lights in the ceiling near the leak were flickering and were way too close to the leak to make me feel safe while showering - so I didn't. They were sold out, so switching rooms wasn't an option. The problem had clearly been going on for a while. First night was quiet but second was noisy, so you're rolling the dice.
Great reviews from a few months ago are clearly fake and used to drive up the rating. My favorite is about the non-existent pool.
