no extra towels, maid woke us up telling us we did not pay for the next day, which we did! Not nice to be accused by maid! Train them better! Disgusted about this more than anything! Maids did not bother cleaning room after 2nd day so we had to pack up, check out, wait from 11am until 3pm to check back in to get a clean room.
