Room was terrible. ive stood here about 4-5x before and ive always have a great experience but this time was different the bed didn't have the bed skirt on it and made it look tacky the reclining chair was missing there was no desk like there usually is the bathtub was dirty so we didn't use it, it was very uncomfortable we ended up not staying and leaving at 3am.

It was close to a couple stores .

There was roaches . Someone had killed a couple of roaches and left em dead on the wall . There was someone elses hair all in the bed sheets and comforter.
There was crumbs all on the floor in the hallways and by the elevator . They had no extra towels and the shower was clogged so had to take a shower with dirty water in the tub .

They had to switch my room once because the bathroom shower was flooded, it also had a random huge liquid spot in the middle of the floor and the floors were so dirty. My second room has a stench of pee in the shower curtain and the carpet just felt nasty and dirty. The toilet paper was in the bathroom at all.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at the room had a putrid gagging smell it was very dirty.Towels and blankets seemed very old had a smell to them.Pull out ped was broken so all of us had to literally sleep on one bed.Room was very dirty floors were not mopped and someone tried to get in our room at 4 in the morning.

I arrived after midnight because we were at Universal Studios. We had to wait for 1 hour to check in because the hotel computer system was updating . I was told it is updated every night at midnight and takes nearly two hours to update. I had already reserved the room through booking.com and because the hotel was updating their computer system it wasn't showing the reservation. I had to make another reservation and pay and second time for the same room. I'm currently disputing this with booking.com trying to get refunded.
