The place was dirty. The halls were dark and dirty floors. The room was ok but the TV didn't work. Called the attendant but she asked me to call a number to have it fixed!! Called again on day time and he said, don't think it's going to be fixed and promised 30% discount for 3 days but later gave $25 refund. The breakfast was pretty bad as it was just some muffins and bars and coffee. Coffee was not available 2 days when I went to get the breakfast! Attendant was not at the front office a couple of times! Seems like there was a serious shortage of staff!

Great staff and clean hotel/room. I also liked that you need a key to get in through the front doors late at night. made me feel safe.
Negatives:
We only had 1 large towel and 1 small towel. Called for towels and front desk said they would bring some up, but never did. came back to hotel after 1am, didn’t get her name but I called and she brought us more towels. It wasn’t really an issue, just a heads up :)
