Between Monday, Jun 5th, 2023 at midnight and Tuesday, Jun 6th, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Tuesday, Jun 6th, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jun 6, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: Location was good

Negatives: Trash everywhere outside of facility, landscape was dead, inside the hotel there was trash in the hallways. The odor of the Hotel smelled of strong urine. Also, one side of the walls in our room, all the outlets did not work.

Negatives: The room was so noisy from the freeway and other guests, that we were there for a hour to try to sleep and we left. Checked out and got a new hotel at another location. wasted $118. The bed had a sheet as a blanket. Bed was horribly old and worn down.

Positives: The people working there were very nice and the room itself was god , bed was comfortable . only had an issue with the toilet and key to get in .

Negatives: we couldn’t get into our room in the beginning because the key didn’t work , they said it should’ve worked and it was the systems, give it a few hours because they’re card worked . eventually the next day it worked after we talked to someone else . There was people out side standing around smoking and just hanging out . The toilet took forever to fully flush and it got clogged by the second day .
