After Friday, Sep 29th, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Sep 29, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Negatives: Property was dirty, smelled like smoke everywhere, seems like the bathrooms had mold. When I got the room it was kinda dirty too. On top of that I booked a king and got a queen bed. I know what a king bed should be like. When checking in, there was always a sign that said will be back, so you always had to wait for someone to come to the front desk.

Positives: Location only. But there are other hotels in the area so stay away from this one:

Negatives: Non smoking rooms wreak of smoke, cockroaches in the shower, shower curtains to short that it is impossible to keep water inside shower, smelly elevators, breakfast is coffee and packaged muffins and nature bars. Dirty hallways. It feels like it served as transitional housing.

Positives: Location

Negatives: Feces from pets outside. Homeless camped Out in their cars back parking lot. Floor was filthy. Sweatshirt thrown right outside our window on roof, faded so clearly not cleaned. Microwave was rusted. Bathroom had mold and peeling paint. I requested clean towels after 2 nights and was told they were all out til next day. I can keep going if you’d like more. I also have lots more pictures. Manager was not willing to release us after I complained.

Negatives: When you first walked in it smelled so much like Marijuana. Hotel did not look maintained. Carpet was so dirt. In the room the bathroom was dirty. Outside the tub there was a stain that looked like poop. The kitchenette sink was also dirty. I do not recommend.

Positives: Location closed to everything I needed to see. Staff was willing to help.

Negatives: Pool out of service. Garbage all over Parking lot. Building smelled like cigarettes thru out every floor. Bathroom didn’t seem clean and whole room had smell thru out whole week we were there.
