Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Negatives: Bad smell of garlic on the hallways, constant sound of the freeway didn’t let me sleep. The windows are not sound proof, toilet running all night. Staff was not able to change me to another room. Terrible service I went back on the road restless. Toilet had a rim around bowl that it was dirty

Positives: We arrived to the property at 1130 pm after a flight delay, upon checking in we waited while front desk assisted another guest which took 90 minutes. then when front desk tried to check us in, the system listed us as a no show since it was after midnight. They could not fix the system and told us we couldn't check in until 3pm that day, regardless that we had been standing in line for 90 minutes. The front desk said she would give us a room and we would fix it the next morning when management arrived. we were given a key card to a room with someone in it and had a gun. now the hotel is not answering calls, cannot get ahold of management. went to another hotel

Positives: How close it is.
Negatives: Yes, the fire alarm went off at 11:00 p.m. and they took forever turning it off and there was no fire and the security guard they had working there had his car parked illegally blocking the fire truck, until he moved his car.

Positives: The guy clerk was very helpful gave great customer service & tried to apologize for the un clean of the hotel the room had stains on the sheets trash under bed no towel leaking pipe in restroom water on floor no towels. The hotel manager said they had to order them and give me a credit &;never didn't I tried to reach them several times no return call from manager please call me 909 286 5568 Thank you
