Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Negatives: They put me in a nasty unclean room. The worst part was I was laying on the bed and kept smelling something weird. I investigated and removed the sheet to find a horribly stained mattress. There was no mattress cover. There was even a dried blood spot

Positives: I did NOT LIKE that the telephone in room 220 did not work especially during a fire emergency, I tried to call the front desk and phone was inoperable. I am disabled and asked for a FIRST floor room, but got a second floor room and when the Fire alarm went off, the elevator was disabled and with a cane, I had to walk down the stairs which brought me unbearable pain and I was in the lobby for 3 hours and because of my pain was unable to walk to check out and had to pay for another day even asking the manager if I could have an extended check out time since I was held Up for at least 3 hours in the lobby until the elevator was working again. No Compassion the manager did not have.
Negatives: See comments above about what I DID NOT LIKE. The bath tub and sink did not have a stopper and I wanted to take a hot soothing bath. Even the kitchen sink did not have a stopper To wash dishes!!

Positives: Nothing i liked about this place
Negatives: Every room they took my too was very dirty and the hotel really smelled. The elevator broke down then didnt block it off. Roaches in the room cause there was old food left in microwave and dirty didhes left on counter. There card reader was broken and we couldnt get into are rooms with out the staff to open it and we had to wait an awhile for them to open it. Getto!
