The upstairs bed was heard from 10 pm until dawn at 4 am, it seemed like there was an urgency, the door opened and closed every 30 minutes. The walls must be very thin, everything around you can be heard from the shower tap of the upstairs neighbor's water or the neighbor's water.

Close to shopping and easy freeway access.
Negatives:
The carpet beside one of the beds needed better vacuuming, some bathroom fixtures were rusty, one of the beds was not comfortable and one of the bedspreads (which are white) had small visible stains on it.
