Positives: Great location in walking distance of several restaurants, coffee, and shopping. Breakfast has a lot of options. Complimentary ice water and hot water for tea. Beds are comfortable and the area is pretty quiet at night.

Negatives: Rooms could use updating. Curtains had holes, scratches on furniture and television screen, and desk chair is short and wouldn't stay raised. Everything was clean, but I return quarterly and it appears more dated each time I return.
