I went to check out at 6 am. and wanted to get my $100 incidental refund. The male staff member gave me an unhappy look like I was bothering him. He came back and asked me what the brownish stain was on the towel? I had no idea what he was talking about. I had stripped the bedding and put all the towels and bedding by the door as I always do. He said he was going to charge me $20 for the stain. I talked to my girlfriend about it, and she said she had used to was her face. It was makeup. Do you wash the towels? Or buy new ones? $20 for a face towel. It's a good thing I took the sheets off the bed!. I don't understand how I get charged $20 for a towel.

It’s was ok but I didn’t know they don’t have a elevator plus I order a king size bed but they give us a queen size bed on the first floor because I asked them we both disabled so we can’t walk upstairs so my husband end up sleep on the floor. The bed it’s look like a full size lol
