The Hotel was close to the hospital. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate our need to arrive later than expected. They received us with a smile. We are very thankful for the accommodations and flexibility.

I was really happy that they had the restaurant open again I was here last year in May and it had been closed since Covid 19.
So I was very happy to have breakfast down in the lower part of the Hotel was a very lovely setup.

A fantastic stay! This hotel is in a great location, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any request. Plus, the 24-hour service was a huge bonus for late check-ins and other needs. Highly recommended for a stress-free, enjoyable stay!

Positives:
Comfy bed, tons of mirrors, spacious shower. Kind staff. The room has seating options, microwave and minifridge and a tv and an AC.
You have to hang your clothes in the open, which didn't bother me.
Front door can only be opened by the hotel key card or an employee, I liked that safety feature.
There is parking in a gated/secure area.
Love the pool area with lounge chairs, theres sun all day on the pool.
Near bus stops and the metro b line, plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area.
Negatives:
The cleaning wasn't quite thorough (a piece of dirt stayed in the bathroom the entire stay, just pushed around)
Also there were ants primarily in the bathroom (3 at a time, no idea from where), 1 or 2 would make it to the bedroom. I had read about this issue in other reviews so I wasn't too surprised but disappointed nonetheless.
There were also ants on the lounge chairs in the pool area
