The room was extremely loud with traffic noice due to old doors without a seal. I asked to move on arrival but my request were not well received which led to 3 sleepless nights.

I love the location because most of places we went to were in walking distance. Open air and community feeling of the hotel clean rooms, bathroom, and comfortable bed. Drink options and Gym was cool. Restaurant was very nice. Super Dog Friendly. Every employee was very responsive. Shout out to Erin and Jessica and the Maintenance guy (Not sure what name is) who unclogged our toilet right away.

Nice atmosphere, nice amenities like free coffee in the morning, chilled water, lemonade and tea in the lobby, complimentary beer and wine in the evenings, beach equipment available, live entertainment on Thurs & Fri evenings, very helpful staff. Breakfast at the hotel was very good.
Negatives:
No electrical outlets on one side of the bed made charging phones, etc. less convenient than I would have liked.
