Negatives: We booked an ADA room for three nights, unfortunately at the same time as the local tennis festival. So the total of $880 was sticker shock. But we’ve stayed at Motel 6s before with good results. Unfortunately this time the results were pitiful. Upon check in I was told my room had a tub, NOT a roll in shower like I booked. (“No rooms have roll in showers”). After threatening to call Booking.com I relented and looked at the room. Wrong! It had a roll in shower. That night my husband was told, when he asked if you had to request room service, “There’s no room service, you can pick up towels at the front desk each day”. Wrong! After picking up towels the first two days we were told, “Of course there’s room service, you just have to ask…”. In the room, there’s only one chair, hangers that won’t stay on the bar, a sink faucet that spits out water, no fridge, no microwave, a desk but no night stand on the other side, an uncomfortable bed and 2 tiny bars of soap. And a cockroach in the bathroom. Next time here in Indio we’ll be staying at any other place.

Negatives: I came all the way to arizona and the roadway hotel said ivwas nit on the list. And did not honor my paid confirmation email nkt speaking to booking.com do any good. But i still have not been refunfed. But i went down the road to Motel 6 and had no problem. But i had to pay again. Beneva Beanon 310 654 5132 or 323 568 7660

Positives: nothing was good at this motel 6. I did not like anything and it was uncomfortable. The staff did say "sorry" as i left earlier than booked.
Negatives: First room had no heat, looked like a cell block and fixtures were broken. I could not turn off the light on the wall lamp, so it was on all night. Everything looked like I was in some very old migrant village in a third world country. Needs someone to revamp and redecorate with new furnature and mirrors, ect.
