Staff at the desk were pleasant. Pool area was nicely done.
Negatives:
The door did not fit in the frame at the top. It did lock, but would stick. The A/C was set at 68 but the coolest it got in the room was 76. I asked the front desk to send someone but I don’t know if they did, and even if they did, it didn’t fix the air.

Wasn’t aware of $75/per pet fee and $25 parking prior to booking.
Continental breakfast was mentioned via booking website but afterwards found about breakfast being $10/person.
Booking website said we’d have a pool-view room, but wasn’t until after check-in we found out we weren’t eligible for pool-view room because we had a dog.

I liked the staff and the decoration. The room was complete and had a balcony, which was very nice. The hotel generally had all the amenities I needed, including a hairdryer and iron.
Negatives:
The hotel is a bit old, and some of the details, especially on the stairs, could use some renovation. However, having a shower/ bathtub was just amazing, and I am sure that is an old addition or something.
