I didn’t stay, we left the same day, we couldn’t stand the horrible smell in the room, there were blood stains in the bath tub, it was very dirty outside and there were lots of homeless walking back and forth, we didn’t feel safe. We asked for a refund but we didn’t get it. My daughter had to leave earlier from the hotel because she was feeling sick because of the smell. This was the most horrible experience we ever had. This place is giving Irvine a bad name and shouldn’t be open to the public. I think that is were the homeless are staying.

The staff was not friendly, and the customer service was pretty bad. They aren’t helpful when asking questions or requesting things basics that were needed. Trash left in the hallway for long periods of time no cleaning. what’s supposed to be complementary breakfast but close an hour early
