Negatives: Tv didn’t work…had to wait till next morning for someone to fix it. Phone in room doesn’t work. Had to keep going to front desk to tell them anything. Refrigerator didn’t work and all our food went bad. We asked for food to be removed. Person who came insisted it was working though there was a horrible smell every time the door was opened. We put a ‘clean room’ sign on the door and returned to find ALL our personal stuff had been removed…toiletries and sodas…we told the front desk and were given 20.00!for toiletries. We didn’t feel good about staying after our personal things were removed so we left 2 days early. When I asked for a printout of my bill there was hesitation till I asked 3 times and another guy told the man behind the desk to give it to me. Was charged a 34.00 ‘card processing’ fee AND a cleaning fee of 30.00! When I asked why they said it was for cleaning the room. These amounts were not on our original bill.

Negatives: Air conditioning was either off or full on and very noisy. Could’ve been me being useless but it was a bit irritating. Also a bit expensive for what you get.

Negatives: The mattress was very worn and very squeaky. Had a large indentation in the middle. Overall the south property is very worn down. Also the price included breakfast but definitely not worth it. Only a very limited continental style breakfast. Also parking was $35.

Negatives: The room was run down and needed some work. The carpet had several stains. The bed sheet were damped and the toilet was not functioning correctly. The mattress was also uncomfortable.

Negatives: Carpet was dirty in the room, bathroom had blood stain on the door and by the tub, front door did not shut unless you locked it. Bottom lock wasn’t working.
