We were disappointed with our stay for many reasons. Fire alarm within an hour of arrival due to a construction error. Dirty, stained poolside furniture. No poolside service, although advertised. No poolside towel service. Noisy pool area next to the parking lot with no privacy. Later that same evening, a strong gas smell permeated the lobby. Desk clerk was so dismissive, we called the gas company, who came out within an hour and found a valve leak in the hotel kitchen stove. Also, we were settled in a room on the same floor as a wedding party that went on all night with shouting, music and slamming doors. No sleep!!!

Very clean. Not a fan of the location and the pool wasn't as clean as everything else but staff and experience was over all very lovely.

Pool could be a little cleaner and the location was not the absolute best next to freeway but not a turn off. The bathroom door kept getting jammed as well.
