Positives: Easy and fast check in very helpful front desk the beds are soooo incredibly comfortable and the rooms are sound proof which is one of the main reasons I book here. I'm local but every now and then I book here w/ my honey and it's well worth it. If you want a comfy bed with an amazing night sleep THIS is the place to stay. Also housekeeping was so nice when I asked them to give me 10 minutes to finish getting my life together lol they said absolutely with no problem in my request of needing a little more time before leaving the room. Such courteous staff and they all seemed pretty happy to be working there, which to me speaks volumes.
