They tricked us by giving us a different room. This was not what we booked. There was no information whatsoever about this when we were checking in. We trusted them when to the room and it was and old broken room with literally NOTHING inside it. Pls see attached pictures. There was not even room heater! Just imagine our condition in a cold night.
We were so tired after all day driving and when we checked in, we unpacked our stuff to arrange it since we booked it for 2 days.
We started feeling sooo cold and tried to find the stuff around the room and it had NO FACILITY. The bedsheets was torn, no wire in phone, towels were badly torn, no bulb in lamps and so many stains on the bed. When I called the owner she had the audacity to say that she gave us a more expensive room and not charging extra to us. She also told us that the hotel is over booked. There was no information or apology for this nonsense behavior. In the middle of night, we had to pack everything and move to another room which she somehow had right after we called. What is this kind of behavior?
She just thought we will not notice it and use the room. We felt so cheated.
Such owners should not be allowed to list on booking.com which we trust and have been using it for so many years. Very very verryyyy disappointed!!!

It was a pig sty of a hotel. The pictures on your website did not match. The room was dirty, stains on comforter, the furniture was ripped and old. It hadn't been updated in what looks like 50 years. We left immediately. Absolute filth.

I had made some special requests regarding check in times, extra linen, and recommendations for nearby attractions, I was very pleased with the response times, the extras given and the activities I enjoyed the immediate area (children's park, duck pond, hiking trial, beach, dispensaries, and live music). I've enjoyed a second stay since my first and was given just as good service as my first stay. I intend to make this hotel a first choice over the others on the denser side of town. Less traffic and a straight shot to all the listed entertainment mentioned above.
Wifi was good, television choices were more than enough, microwave was clean, water was hot and air conditioner ran cold.

The bed frames rolled around, but the sleep was refreshing each night.

it was filthy. got into town and our rooms weren’t even clean and ready well after check in time. we reserved two rooms. this is a “pet friendly” and it smells like it. the floor is filthy in all rooms we saw. bedding and towels were stained. locals told us this is the hotel that the city police take homeless people to in town. have no idea how true that is but by what i saw i would believe it. we were trying to stay on a budget for this trip but in hindsight i wish I wouldn’t have tried to budget this one. absolutely awful and disgusting. didn’t feel safe.
