Positives: The decor was very pretty, and gave the public spaces a relaxed and charming atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and sufficiently spacious. The staff was very friendly. The location is right across the street from the Grammy Museum and LA Live.

Negatives: The happy hour menu in the 2nd floor bar was rather expensive, especially considering they were advertised as discounted prices.

Positives: Modern and clean, the location is amazing, near tons of shopping and great food, near train and bus lines if you want to buzz over to another city or area. Great staff, super accommodating and kind. You really can’t beat this place for location. Beds were high quality (not cringy gramma style lace) very soft high thread-count cool cotton. Perfect pillows. and tv is massive.
