Positives:
24/7 airport shuttle that drives around every 20mins. The mangers receptions which came with complimentary snacks like chips and salsa and an adult beverage for each adult each night of your stay. The complimentary breakfast with a made to order omelet bar.
Negatives:
Advertised that it has free 24/7 airport shuttle however at night they do not come unless called and the front desk would not answer, another hotels shuttle driver came around for the 3rd time felt bad and dropped us at our hotel. The shower and bathtub ran water full speed at the time making the tub fill with water while showering. we returned 1 day and it was literal dog poop all over the lobby the staff refused to clean it so it sat there for at least 3-4 hours. We were constantly locked out of our room due to issues with the door mechanism. The pool area had rusty screws around it and the pool had so much chlorine in it that it burned your eyes just walking in to door.
