Positives:
Our lovely room was on the third floor with the balcony overlooking the
public parking lot that was unused (probably busier in-season). The room was large and the bathroom was roomy with good counter space. We had a small fridge, microwave and Kurig, with a very comfortable bed. The lighting and outlets/usb ports were great. Our stay was very quiet. For breakfast, we did pay at first and then opted for an included breakfast since we actually had different reservations in the same place.
Negatives:
The charge for breakfast was too high. It was the same amount regardless of what you ate. If a main dish of eggs, meat and toast with coffee/tea and fruit is charged the same as a danish and coffee, that seems skewed. There should be breakfast included in the room price.

I did not have the breakfast, it wasn’t served late enough, the hotel was clean but needs cleaned up/updated outside and the elevator area, the elevator was very slow to open and close and I did not feel safe because of the surrounding area.
Negatives:
There is an empty parking lot right out my window and people were sleeping there at night and I could hear yelling which did not make me feel safe

Negatives:
Hilton seriously failed to deliver. Did not feel like a guest, more like a cash machine to be exploited. Advertised guest parking was infact 29$ a night and $6 for a bottle of water in your room. Seriously? for a 300$ a night room. No orange juice or bacon available for breakfast and staff freely ‘raiding’ the buffet. First world problems I know but this wasn’t a cheap stay (607$ for two nights) Shabby broken patio furniture held together both duct tape and numerous code violations with missing fire fighting equipment and broken/missing call points, overflowing bins and unfinished refurb work, no ice machines and room service dirty plates littering the corridors. Very poor for a Hilton.

Positives:
Location is near the water Like the location since it was close to LAX but a safer area than directly by the airport. Check in staff was super friendly and informative Beds were comfortable Refrigerator in the room which was very convenient
Negatives:
Room was conveniently located to the elevator and stairs but the noise that the flags made outside the room due to the wind was noisy. Tile work in the shower was not very good and bathroom was pretty small due to the layout of the room.

We were upgraded to the King size suite as our previous room had an issue with it
Negatives:
The whole place was under construction and not many guests there. No room service either when we arrived after a long flight.
