Didn’t get what we expected...

The staffs makes the first impression, no good manner, doesn't look eager to work. They don't talk nice, not very helpful, looks like he doesn't want to be there behind the counter. I forgot my stuff after i left and i called 4 times, no one pick up the phone, waited and waited each time took me 5 to 10 minutes. Finally i had to call 1-800 number, i got to talk to the LAX branch, it took too long to solve my problem. All the time i spent on the phone with Homewood Suites is more than 1 hour. I don't recommend my friends to use Hilton, the staff, the phone doesn't work at all, oh! and the breakfadt is a poor look and taste bad.
