Outdated rooms, hot water was boiling hot. Shower was half broken. Room was not cleaned for 1 day. View was poor. Staff were rude and never remembered to bring what we called to ask. Always had to call twice to get anything done. They also tried to charge us for our kids breakfast even though the room was booked with breakfast. The manager did us a one time favour and added it in but it was silly.

Mike at front desk was amazing. The location was perfect for our stay, within walking distance of crypto arena. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly.
Negatives:
Some demolitions across the road meant it was noisy in the mornings with big machines breaking up rocks and excavating.
