The facilities didn't match the description. The pool, gym and laundry were all being renovated so could not be used, the cafe wasn't open during the day. The breakfast wasn't very nice - there were no healthier options.

The room door handles were almost falling off hinges and elevators out of date nor tells what expiration is . Bathroom tub had rings around it full of blood spots and other things on the walls of room . The “king bed” was 2 twin beds that were put together and also worn out . Had the worst ache in my back while my partner slept ok. You could almost tell that this pet friendly hotel had recent accidents with dogs from
Previous customers . The front desk had friends behind the desk while taking payment and very uncomfortable with that.

The hotel was under construction and that was never mentioned when booking. The elevators were horrible, the rooms were below average and looked different then those on the website. We had to pay per day to park at the hotel which yet again was never mentioned when booking and the street outside of the hotel was not safe to park on
