La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham LAX

Negatives: Everything. Hotel under construction, so elevator wasn’t working and no breakfast. Outrageous parking fees if $45. per day. Little to no food options available. I complained to customer service and got a reply from the manager saying that these problems were listed on their website. La Quinta LAX has lost a customer.

Negatives: No complimentary breakfast. No complimentary water, even just for one small bottle. No bathroom slippers. The AC was too outdated. There was an ongoing construction when we went there so it was a hassle. All the elevators connecting to the parking lot was out of order so we used the stairs. The parking lot has no entry and exit signs. Staff were not professional and when I called the front desk twice, the staff answered me in a rude way. No trolleys were available too.

Negatives: Lobby areas under construction, no breakfast bar, parking expensive $45 a day and parking elevators out of service.

Negatives: The pool was closed and the breakfast was bullcrap The parking lot smelled like pee

Negatives: The hotel was on renovation so it was like have a bedroom in a construction site. The person I talked to when we arrived at the hotel was not very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: On the booking app it said they had a pool and a gym along with pictures of the hotel in which it did not look like that in person .

Negatives: It was under renovation Included breakfast was a muffin and apple in a bag Totally misleading listing on website I was overcharged for the stay and will be taking this up with you shortly

Negatives: It is being renovated so the reception was a podium in front of trash bags. The men who checked us in were less than friendly. The lady that checked me out was great! The shuttle is not their shuttle which they do t actually tell you so we had an issue getting the shuttle from the airport. Had to pay for a cab. There was no breakfast included due to the renovations. There is a Holiday Inn right next door. I’ll be staying there the next time.

Negatives: For breakfast, you get an apple and small muffin, the employees at the reception are very unfriendly, exept for one lady. We were woken up a couple times by the cleaners wo were too loud.

Negatives: Tv was not working and when maintenance was called, they couldn’t fix the problem and said that it couldn’t be fixed. An alarm kept going off that can heard in the room the entire night we stayed there. Construction causing crowding made it hard to get into hotel. Breakfast was a brownbag with one apple since they were undergoing renovation and we had no idea there were undergoing renovation, they did not make it known. Parking was way too expensive and parking garage smelled like urine where we found a spot. Would go with another hotel in the future.
