Negatives: Extra charges

Negatives: The "fitness center" is basically 2 threadmills and some kettlebells. It's small and gets crowded in the morning (I was there often at 6am). There were some private rooftop parties with loud music during my stay. The front desk is not well informed about what's going on in the hotel. One night, they said the party would be over by 10pm. When it wasn't, they said it would be 11pm (which wasn't the case either). When I tried to find out whether there would be more parties that week, I kept getting contradictory information. Of course you can't use the rooftop if there is a private party

Negatives: No accommodation for me and my children

Negatives: Room could be bigger with 2 cases felt tight for the price

Negatives: Front Desk staff was not very friendly. I was made to change rooms my second day.The room was handicapped ♿️ which I did not need or request. Had to call the Front desk because the tub faucet was stuck and would not turn on.

Negatives: however some staff couldn’t be bothered and more concerned on tips than anything else. Two people in one room is very tight and small so be prepared

Negatives: When checking in, we got the feeling that not everything was in order. When we finally got the room, it was only set up for two persons event though we booked for 3. We talked to the front desk right away. It was only after complaining again the next day that we got the things for the third person. We were very disturbed by the constant music playing right outside the room the whole first night and early morning. After complaining, the hotel lowered the volume for the rest of the nights, but we could still here the music. We were told that there would be free bike rentals during our stay. After talking to the hotel, they informed us that the information regarding the bikes were old and that they no longer provided bikes - disappointing! Finally, when checking out, the girl at the fornt desk wanted to charge us extra for WIFI, gym and pool (we did not use the gym or pool). However, we had already paid for these amenities when booking which one of her senior colleagues confirmed after a discussion with the girl. The girl at the front desk was not only unprofessional, but also dishonest.

Negatives: The room size was quite small. Also, the front desk staff could have been more attentive. But overall a nice stay.

Negatives: Loud, hotel supplied earplugs but it still was quite noisy from traffic and general noise outside and because we were next to the lifts. The location was a bit bland not much nearby in terms of cafes and restaurants but I think that's partly the European expectation and we soon realised everyone drives everywhere but we didn't have a car. Event going on at the hotel we didn't know about before booking which was confusing about what facilities we could access during this time.
