No breakfast available, coffee notserved till 7am, no microwave or v refrigerator, no closet, was supposed to be view of city but got view of roof ac. Frt desk couldn't be bothered, cofee person was put out. Roof and resturaunt closed, nothing to spend $ on but they wanted a deposit.
Room goid size but most of outlets didnt work, no usb outlets worked.
I live in hotels. 5 days a week and stay in all brands. This was most disapointing stay. And $12 bad coffee on top of it
Things dont work bad view no coffe, coffee pot, microwave or refrigerator
location and style
the bathroom lights were on a motion sensor and the shower wall was opaque glass. every time you used the bathroom in the middle of the night all the lights came on which then lit up the sleeping area as well. we asked the hotel how to turn them off from motion sensor which they never helped us figure out. pretty crappy feature to not be able to manage as a guest.
there was not enough storage, one side of the bed had no side table and there was no closet. there was a storage “wall” but it didn’t have enough hooks etc to get items up off the floor
Modern rooms and facilities
Terribly noisy due to AC aggregates in the adjacent street, better isolation of windows needed! Dark rooms.
The speak east and rooftop bar were amazing!
The room was way smaller than pictured. It was extremely hard for me and my girlfriend to move around freely in the room. Staff was not very accommodating when requested to move. Our neighboring unit was extremely loud and yelling racial slurs from about 12-6am. So we got very little sleep. We called the front desk to ask for security to come and I’m not even sure if they did as the room next to us was screaming all night.
I would not book again...
Central location, reasonable accommodations, valet area, easy to get an Uber. Staff was also great.
There’s a hidden room fee of $100/night on top of all the other fees shown at booking. Had I known, I would’ve definitely looked at other options seriously. There wasn’t a real closet in the room and there’s no bellhop to help with luggage. Fortunately, one of the clerks was willing to help. Honestly, overpriced.
Clean accommodations but overpriced for...
nicely designed rooms
the rooms smelled like straight cigarette smoke and for one, I paid more for “city view” and got put in a room that looked out into a blocked dingy alley way. additionally, the hotel should be more upfront about the extra charges you have to pay once you arrive. i paid a significant amount more for tourist fees or something? extremely disappointing and surprising
good area for folks staying...
all was good and cool hotel beside the room size- very small, without an option to upgrade to bigger room, for us with 4 suitcases it was bad experience
