It honestly felt like, other than housekeeping, no one actually wanted to be there. There were no warm greetings, or smiles, just attitude. We got our daily "good mornings" from the doorman, but not a single peep from the rest of the staff. Strange as I've always put customer service as a high in the states.
The room, the AC, wow, forget it if your hoping for a quiet rest. Feels like you're sleeping next to a jet engine. Simple things like, one bottle of water was left for arriving guests, just one, generous. Towels, there wasn't one that was provided to use that didn't have some sort of rip, or tussles on it from wear and tear.
The hotels saving grace is the gym, wow, and distance to crypto stadium.

The staff was very polite and welcoming, especially Sorin. Hands down to him and for his hospitality. The room was clean, big, with a nice view. The accommodation was quiet, exactly like we liked it. The breakfast was varied and the waiters were very nice. The valets as well. Everything was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.
Negatives:
In the room was very cold and when we were turning on the fan, it was making a lot of noise, all of a sudden was very hot and the temperature dropped significantly again.
