The location of the hotel - Very closed to everywhere! You don't really need a car if you want to walk on hollywood street.
Negatives:
The price is too high.
Also, we paid in advence and then where told that we left to pay "destination fee" which we where told in advance that we paid already...

Hotel was well located for the event we were attending at the Hollywood Bowl

I asked for rooms to be close, they did grant this, but hadn't when we arrived and we were initially on separate floors. I had also requested and it had been confirmed that a bed for my 3 year old would be provided, they told me to use the window bed, which was 3 feet off the floor. With our going into a great deal of detail, they basically refused to provide a bed, so my son slept in our bed. They offered no form of compensation either. Further, they surprise you with additional fees, but state for example that the $29 per room fee they add, can be spent at the bar. I had booked two rooms each charged with a $29 fee. However, if you spend $60 on a bottle of wine, apparently they are unable to allocate the fees from each room to cover this charge. Frankly, they are unhelpful, I would argue somewhat deceitful and also fail to live up to the promises they have apparently confirmed, stating that this was Booking.com and not them and therefore not their problem
