Great location. 1 block from downtown Mariposa and all the restaurants. 1 mile from YART busstop if you are going to Yosemite. Room and bathroom clean. Breakfast buffet pretty good too. Big self parking lot. NO valet or hidden cost.

When hotel room next door flushed their toilet. My toilet made a burping noise (air bubbles).

We stay there the night before our visit of the Yosemite National Park and we really enjoyed our Night. We arrived tired and there was all we need ;-) a cosy quiet Bed. Very nice Staff at the front desk, makes really easy Check-in. The breakfast was the best at our stay we missed nothing and they offered Bags in case you need to leave fast and have no time to sit down.

Positives:
The hotel was in a good location in walking distance of most of the hotels and bars in Mariposa. There are a couple of restaurants which would have required a short drive. The room was comfortable and convenient since it was on the ground floor and the car could be parked outside the room. The hotel has 3 floors and no elevator so beware. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Mariposa is a charming small town about an hours drive to Yosemite NP. We enjoyed the mix of Yosemite (fantastic) and the small town charm.
