It's great that there is always coffee or cocoa waiting in the lobby when I show up.
Making fresh waffles is a nice way to start the day -- strawberry option was a nice surprise.
The remodeled room decor is nice.

The TV remote and menu are not intuitive. It took me a few tries to figure out how to mute the TV when a phone call came in.
I had a VERY WEIRD experience where the TV somehow connected to my computer mouse and using the mouse scroll wheel changed the TV channels. Turning the TV off and back on fixed it.
It was odd that there were no facial tissues in the room.
When upgrading, why not adopt Nepresso like all the European hotels have?
