Overall, it’s pretty okay.

Property was nice and the gym was really good had a lot of equipment. It’s always so pleasant when we walk in we get greeted and the staff were amazing. Room was very comfy, me and my partner always enjoy our time.
Negatives:
To start the room was set up kind of messy,the set up this time around the soap containers and the shower amenities were not there. Water that came from the sink smelled kind of foul. Tv didn’t even work kept saying no signal.

In conclusion stay was nice but it could’ve been better

The TV picture and audio continuously broke up (lost signal???) so we couldn't watch any TV during the entire two weeks we were there. And since we had a lot of down time in the room this made it very difficult with nothing to do to pass the time.

Other than the TV issue, it was great.

Although the computer system was down when we arrived and it took quite some time to get us checked in, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, with treats for our 6-year-old granddaughter, water for all of us and eventually a room with a great view. Your employees certainly know how to handle difficult situations. Thank you

Graveyard check in agent (guy) was awesome so thank you! I was running really late and he picked up the line quickly both times and assured me everything would be okay. Also, upon check out my funds for deposit were returned back to me quickly.

The pillows were honestly the best thing of this stay and convenient of parking being outside the front door.
Negatives:
The staff from before I started my stay was terrible. I was hung up on twice when I tried to call and ask your pet policy for a service animal, rude when I checked in and specifically Siia was one of the worst employees I have ever had to meet at a hotel. The manager apparently on staff when I checked out as well had no empathy to hear the customer side of a story as she approved an incorrect charge on my bill and has still not returned my call as Siia would only let me go to the voicemail. On top of that, the room AC barely worked and the fridge never worked so spoiled anything I purchased on my stay. I accidentally went to Garden inn and I regret not picking that hotel instead, they have a nice clean lobby with EV parking and a much nicer front desk attendant.

The room was comfy and quiet, about what I expect from a mid-range Hilton-brand property.
Negatives:
The site is undergoing some renovations at the moment so the lounge/bar was closed, water fountains, etc. are off and the faucet in my room occasionally sputtered.
The water fountain in the Exercise center was also off/dry, so I had to go to the front desk to bum some bottled water off them in the middle of my workout.
This will all clear up eventually I guess.

When I reserved I had mention I would be getting there the following day around 7am and I just needed to get a couple of hrs off sleep before I head back into the road and it was nice that the staff and hotel were able to accomodate to my schedule
