Unfriendly front desk lady. We pre-booked for two rooms already but the front desk lady said we only booked for one room because there was an issue with the hotel and the booking.com.
We called and ask for extra towels TWICE and NEVER received our towels.
The elevator is wonky. We got stuck on the second floor.
